Electronic Bid Membership

  • Registration, viewing, downloading documents, and responding to a solicitation is FREE. Bid opportunities will be delivered to you automatically via Email or Fax.
  • Registration for Electronic Bids will give you access to Electronic and Paper bids posted on the RFP Depot site.
  • Sponsored Bids: Those Agencies/Organizations including States, Counties, Cities, Colleges, Universities, and School Districts that have chosen to sponsor their bids will be clearly marked with an Icon (Agency List) that shows that there is no associated fee to access or respond to the bid. Suppliers will not be required to pay RFP Depot any fees whatsoever for sponsored bids.
  • Transaction Fee: The bids, quotes, proposals, and reverse auctions that are not sponsored will be supported by a 1% transaction fee paid only by the supplier who receives an award (a 2% fee is charged on a small number of designated bids). Bids that are supported by a transaction fee will have the fee defined in the terms and conditions of the bid. This fee will apply whether bid documents are obtained through this network or directly from the Agency.
