Contact information about vendors is available to Government Agencies for the
purpose of increasing bid participation. Government agencies may also
provide RFP Depot with information regarding vendors they want invited to
participate in bids. RFP Depot does not sell or disclose any other personal
information, including email addresses, to our subsidiaries or any other
private entity, except when required by law.
All vendors and agencies within RFP Depot's system are verified and activated
individually. Anonymous, un-verified registrations are not allowed. This
helps ensure the legitimacy of the interactions between agencies and
vendors. Please report any suspected violations to privacy@rfpdepot.com
immediately.
CONFIDENTIALITY and SECURITY
We give you the option of using a secure transmission method to send us the
following types of personal data:
* primary personal data (such as name and contact details)
