There is no fee to register nor to participate in a bid.
Are there any fees to use the site?
Electronic bids will have a 1% or 2% fee charged to the winning supplier(s) only, unless the
bid is sponsored by the agency in which case the 1% or 2% fee will be waived. Certain
Agencies/Organizations including States, Counties, Cities, Colleges, Universities, and School
Districts have chosen to sponsor their bids. Therefore, RFP Depot will not charge any fees
whatsoever for these bids. The bids will be clearly marked with an Icon

that shows that the bid is free.
Additionally, most agencies will include language in the bid documents explaining that all fees to
the suppliers for a particular bid are waived.
